INNSiDE by Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit

The whole interior design is fantastic and so are the views from the rooftop and restaurant/bar area. Everything really looked and felt expensive and chic. The bed was comfy and the rooms were beautiful with lots of indirect lighting coming. There’s a smart TV with YouTube and a big shower in the room.

The hotel overall is very new, and the front desk staff are very friendly. The rooms are also very clean, and the location is good. I will stay there again on my next visit to Bangkok. And the hotel's rooftop is quite impressive with a beautiful pool, and the bar there is quite unique.

Property felt clean, the room we chose was great for a family of 5. Staff were helpful. Buffet was basic but fine. Found the hotel to be very reasonably priced. The pool and pool bar was great.

The breakfast is out of this world. Great local food, all fresh and super trendy. From the healthy juices to the oat banana pancakes, this breakfast is top notch. The hotel is well designed, trendy and focused on details. Staff is very kind and attentive. They do everything to make your stay wonderful. The view from the pool is amazing, the big swing is a nice instagram-worthy picture place and the bar gives you probably one of the best views over Bangkok. I work in the hotel industry and I know when a hotel is a zero or a hero. This one is definitely a hero.

The hotel itself of course is wonderful, with a beautiful pool on the rooftop. The breakfast was good en the room itself small but nice. But what really stood out was the service of the staff. When we arrived in Bangkok, my boyfriend was hospitalized and he needed to stay in the hospital for a week which also meant I had to book extra nights at the hotel for myself. The staff really went above and beyond to help us and showed us they really care about their guests. Writing a get well soon note for my boyfriend, comforting me in this difficult situation, asking almost every day how me and my boyfriend were doing, giving a discount for the extra nights. Even after our stay they helped us with some documents from the taxi company we needed for our insurance. I would like to thank all the wonderful staff of the hotel, they showed they really care about their guests and did everything in their power to help us and comfort us with this situation. I highly recommend staying here and hope to be back soon.
